DNS Takes Too Long to Failover When Primary DNS Server Fails (Doc ID 1619842.1)

Goal

In case the server cannot access to the primary DNS server, it fails to the secondary DNS after a long failover time. This document describes how to shorten the timeout of the first DNS server.
