After updating to nfs-utils-1.2.3-39.el6.x86_64, the rpcidmapd service no longer auto starts, and all the files on an nfsv4 mount on the nfs client are owned by an incorrect UID and GID, which causes problems when applications and users try to access these files.
This issue occurs when the nfs-utils package is updated from nfs-utils-1.2.3-36.el6.x86_64 to nfs-utils-1.2.3-39.el6.x86_64 . This update can occur when updating from Oracle Linux 6.4 to Oracle Linux 6.5
