Symptoms

While discovering a storage element under the "Storage" tab, the below error message appears:

Changes

 From an existing setup,

- The Repository is unpresented from server
- The ownership of the Repository is released
- The Servers were removed from the pool
- The Pool file system was removed
- Oracle VM Manager is uninstalled

Now create a new Setup,

- A fresh installation of Oracle VM Manager and Oracle VM Servers
- Servers were discovered
- New LUNs discovered
- The storage element was refreshed and the error was received
