Certain versions of net-snmpd (see below) contains the implementation to support a 64-bit type counter variable, Counter64, as specified in RFC 2233. This implementation is introduced in the following versions and has this side effect:
- net-snmp 220.127.116.11-11 (Oracle Linux 5.7, Oracle VM 3.2.1, implemented by RHBZ #693759)
- net-snmp 5.5-27.1 (Oracle Linux 6.1, implemented by RHBZ #621664)
