Symptoms
The /var/log/messages
log contains entries similar to:
EXT4-fs: Can't allocate: Allocation context details
The file system continues to operate normally.
Changes
No configuration changes have been made although the system workload does vary. The messages may be associated with heavier workloads, but may occur at any time.
