現象

Oracle VM 環境を通常通り利用中、あるOracle VM Serverがクラッシュします。その際に当該Oracle VM Server上で動作していた仮想マシンもクラッシュします。事象の発生したOracle VM Serverの所属しているServer Pool中の他のOracle VM Serverは、OCFS2のノードEvictionルールに従って、事象の発生したOracle VM ServerをServer Poolから排除し、動作を続けます。 

本事象が発生した際には、/var/log/mesesages(システムログ)に、以下のようなスタックトレースが記録されることがあります。しかしながら、多くの場合以下のメッセージの確認にはvmcore(クラッシュダンプ)ファイルの確認を必要とします:
