Symptoms

After upgrading from OL6.2 to OL6.4, the OCFS2 disk mounts that were previously working failed.

The OS upgrade incorporated upgrade of OCFS2 UEK module from 1.6 to 1.8.

Changes

 OCFS2 kernel module upgraded from 1.6 to 1.8
