Oracle VM: Understanding the meaning Of letter 'u' for Virtual Disk entry [u'file:/....] in vm.cfg File

Sometimes an entry like below in the vm.cfg file of a Guest VM , 'file:/' entry is prefixed with 'u'.
This article is to explain what is the meaning of the 'u' on disk entry, i.e [u'file:/....] and how to add more disks in the Guest VM (created from the DB Template) .
