Erorr Messages "Device ethX has different MAC address than expected, ignoring." When Restarting Network Service

When restart network service, getting error in messages file "Device eth1 has different MAC address than expected, ignoring":
The network is configured with bonding interface with mode=1 or active-passive.
- There are no physical or network configuration changes in the environment.
- The two network devices are part of a bond device (bond0) and on trying to start/restart the network service gets the messages as shown.
