Symptoms

Control groups had been configured for some applications. Below messages were noticed in system logs after running processes for some time:

To limit CPU and memory resources for the cgroup "test", cgroup had been configured in /etc/cgconfig.conf and control groups rules had been set in /etc/cgrules.conf.
