Starting Java on 32bit OS gives error -- Could Not Reserve Enough Space for Object Heap (Doc ID 1992578.1)

When trying to start Java 6U45 version over 32bit OS with assigned heap size of equal and above 3Gb gives error.

The issue occurs on higher version of java too. [ java version "1.7.0_76" ]



 There are no changes in the environment as the issue can be reproduced in new OL 5.6 and later version up to OL5U10 and on version prior to OL6U5
