Symptoms

On Oracle Linux 6.6 server with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [3.8.13] version installed, restarting network service throws the following errors:

# /sbin/service network restart

Usage: ifdown-ib {start|stop|restart|condrestart|try-restart|force-reload|status}
