Packet Loss Issue in QLogic 10GbE Converged Network Adapter on Oracle VM server 3.3.x Version (Doc ID 1997220.1)

Symptoms

When using QLogic 10GE Converged Network adapters on Oracle VM 3.3.x  with following details, you may notice packet loss issue:

[1] ping reports packet loss

Same issue can be observed with Bond interface as well as with single NIC (after removing bond) even after disabling GRO (Generic Receive Offload) and LRO (Large Receive Offload).
