Provisioning an VCA Expansion Node fails if OVMM manages multiple external iSCSI SAN Servers (Doc ID 2003714.1)

Symptoms

It is allowed that VCA Compute Nodes connecting to external(outside of OVCA Rack) storage(s) via iSCSI protocol.
However if multiple iSCSI SAN Servers have been registered already, provisioning of an Expansion Node might fail during the initializing_stage_add_server_to_pool state, when attempting to add the iSCSI initiator to the default access group for the internal ZFSSA (OVCA_ZFSSA_Rack1).
