VMware hosted Oracle Linux VM crashes at "vmmemctl invoked oom-killer" (Doc ID 2021318.1)

Customer installed and enabled memory ballooning driver (vmmemctl) in VMware guest which is running an Oracle Linux.

The memory ballooning allow reassign memory from idle VM to other VM which need more memory.

But there might be issue of Out-of-Memory like followings:



Oracle Linux VM was installed with VMware Tools including VMware Memory Balloon Driver (vmmemctl), and VMware Memory Balloon Driver (vmmemctl) is enabled.
