"Destination Host Unreachable": ICMP echo-request waits for a long time to get replies (Doc ID 2027562.1)

Symptoms

Once started an ICMP echo-request (ping) test, "Destination Host Unreachable" was reported at first a few sequential IDs, then Destination Host is reachable and it never prompts error "Destination Host Unreachable" again.
