Oracle VM: OVM Manager GUI Not Loading in Browser (Doc ID 2029978.1)

Symptoms

• OVM manager is not accessible through the web portal.
• OVM Manager login page keeps trying to connect for a few seconds then stops, never connects.
• OVM CLI works fine.
• OVMM service restart doesn't fix the issue.
