On Private Cloud Appliance, or Oracle VM, after a corruption or unavailability from the manager and/or the manager's database, all actions in the Oracle VM GUI are failing when attempting to alter configuration of one or more VM Servers.
Looking at the /var/log/ovs-agent.log on the Oracle VM Server, the following kind of error messages is reported :
