Oracle Linux: Exadata Node Reboot With Error "MLX4_DEV_EVENT_PORT_DOWN" (Doc ID 2055673.1)

Symptoms

Exadata node was getting rebooted frequently,  Prior to server reboot below logs can be seen in /var/log/messages file
