Memory Figures Mismatch between Memory Reported by "xm list" and the Actual Memory Usage (Doc ID 2057624.1)

Symptoms

On an Oracle VM Server, when comparing figures reported by a monitoring tool such as Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) software and the memory reported as being used by the xm list command;

 There is a mismatch between the two values reported, the memory usage measurement being reported by OEM being higher than the sum of the Mem column for dom0 and all the domU that are running on the VM Server.
