The goal of this note is to describe how to alter an Oracle Linux 7 guest VM type from HVM (Hardware virtualized) to PVHVM (Hardware virtualized, with paravirtualized drivers). The procedure is fairly more simple than it was on Oracle Linux 5 or 6.
