Oracle Linux 7: ASM Disks Created on FCOE Target Disks are Not Visible After System Reboot (Doc ID 2065945.1)

Symptoms

In a 2 node RAC setup, the RAC nodes running with OL7.1 and ASM disks created on FCoE target disks.

After reboot oracleasm disks are not visible.
However, manual scan (#oracleasm scandisks) brings up the ASM disks and then its visible on the system (can be seen in "#oracleasm listdisks" output)
