ocfs2 Node Eviction Occurred on Oracle VM Server 3.2.7 after Initiating a Storage Refresh from OVM Manager

Oracle VM Server Version and Build level: 

Oracle VM Server Kernel version: 2.6.39-300.32.6.el5uek
Oracle VM Manager Version:

A reboot (node eviction) of Oracle VM dom0 server could happen as a result of storage refresh initiated from OVM Manager. Storage refresh is intended to be a non-disruptive action to allow new storage to be discovered.

For example, storage errors before the reboot:


Storage refresh is initiated from OVM Manager in order to remove old devices as well as add new devices.
