Memory Usage Increases When Restarting DomU (Doc ID 2077074.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.3.2 version, DomU, Guest VM, Virtual Machine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When restarting VM's notice that the memory usage increases each time

-> see that mem increases from 1030 to 1036 on the subsequent restarts.
Memory usage also goes above the allocated memory in the vm configuration

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Memory usage should remain identical

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. note down memory usage of windows VM
2. reboot the VM
3. note that the memory usage has increased.
