O3L 2.0: How to create a Docker registry when having Docker registry on controller node

Information in this document applies to any platform.
By default, the Docker registry uses port 5000. However, port 5000 is also used by the Keystone service which runs on controller nodes. If you set up the Docker registry on a controller node, use a different free port for the Docker registry, for example port 5443.
