O3L 2.0: How to create a Docker registry when having Docker registry on controller node
(Doc ID 2078158.1)
Last updated on APRIL 24, 2020
Applies to:
Oracle OpenStack for Oracle Linux - Version OpenStack 2.0 and laterOracle Cloud Infrastructure - Version N/A and later
Linux x86-64
Goal
By default, the Docker registry uses port 5000. However, port 5000 is also used by the Keystone service which runs on controller nodes. If you set up the Docker registry on a controller node, use a different free port for the Docker registry, for example port 5443.
