CREATING ORACLE WEBLOGIC SERVER DOMAIN FAILS - PERMISSION ISSUE (Doc ID 2083051.1)

Symptoms

Reinstalling the OVM Manager  3.3.1 Manager using the previous uuid will return to shell prompt without any error at the below step

Step 6 of 9 : Domain creation ...Creating Oracle WebLogic Server domain ...


If we check the install.log from the /var/log/ovmm we see below errors.
