Unexpected Reboots on X4-2 Servers Running Oracle VM 3.3.1

On rare occasions Sun Servers X4-2  may suffer an unexpected reboot when running Oracle VM version 3.3.1.    This reboots leave no trace  in console nor produces a kernel panic

The way to identify the problem is that the reboot results in  an amber LED pointing to a faulty CPU0 and the following error message in the ILOM Debug Log
