On Oracle VM, all 3.X.X releases.
When setting up a CPU priority in the Oracle VM Manager Graphical User Interface and also Pinning CPUs to virtual machines e.g. in case of Hard Partitioning, the CPU priority doesn't appear to work.
The list of VCPU's that are assigned or aligned to the guest macines are listed using the command "xm vcpu-list.
