O3L 2.0.2: 'nova_compute' Container keeps Restarting after Deployment with Error "modprobe: FATAL: Module nbd not found." (Doc ID 2095765.1)

Symptoms

After deployment, nova-compute keeps restarting:

Applied Doc ID 2095248.1 , It did not help.

From the nova-compute logs we can see the following error:

The compute node is running RHCK kernel instead of UEK3 kernel:

[root@compute ~]# uname -r
3.10.0-327.3.1.el7.x86_64
