Symptoms

After created and sourced keystone authentication RC file to populate environment variables following Doc ID 2085424.1, error when try to access cinder from openstack CLI:

[root@<hostname> ~(keystone_admin)]$ docker-ostk cinder list
ERROR: OpenStack Block Storage API version is set to 1 but you are accessing a 2 endpoint. Change its value through --os-volume-api-version or env[OS_VOLUME_API_VERSION].
