On Oracle Linux, release 5.10, making use of the Reliable Datagram Sockets (RDS) protocols , a node is constantly logging the following kind of error messages :

Jan 15 01:17:45 node1 kernel: RDS/IB: connection <10.0.0.10,10.0.0.11> dropped

This error message is followed by a reconnection message :

Jan 15 01:17:45 node1 kernel: RDS/IB: connected <10.0.0.10,10.0.0.11> version 4.1

And sometimes the node reboots, at irregular intervals.

Investigating the CRSS logs files if using a clustered database, the following kind of error message may also get logged :

2016-01-15 16:37:46.377: [cssd(15034)]CRS-1610:Network communication with node node2 (2) missing for 90% of timeout interval. Removal of this node from cluster in 5.190 seconds
