Symptoms

Can't start VM guest due to lock.
The following error comes up when trying to start the VM guest.

Error Msg: Job failed on Core: xxx <12677> is locked. job info: time:14 53952970427 name:QueuedVmStartDbImpl_1453952970426 description:Start/resume vm: xxxx, on server: xxxx
