Upgrading the PCA Release Removes the ASR functionality (Doc ID 2120237.1)

Private Cloud Appliance - Version 1.0.1 and later

Symptoms

 On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, all supported releases, after a successful PCA software upgrade, the Automatic Service Request functionality stops working.

The ASR packages are also removed from the Management Nodes of the PCA.
