Oracle VM OVSRESIZE is a utility tool that allows you to increase the size of the Oracle VM Server boot and root partitions before upgrading to Oracle VM Server 3.4.x.
This tool can be used if the default boot (100 MB) and root (3 GB) partition sizes were used on the base Oracle VM Server 3.2 installation.
Users that chose these defaults during an Oracle VM 3.2 server installation or who have since upgraded to Oracle VM 3.3 after making that selection will have a Server that does not have enough room to add the upgraded Oracle VM 3.4.x contents.

Prior to the tool being available, increasing the partition sizes would need to be done manually as per the Oracle® VM Installation and Upgrade Guide for Release 3.4 although explicit instructions are not given there.
