I/O issue when having LUNs from Different Storages Connecting to Same SCSI Host (Doc ID 2125657.1)

In some deployment, there will be LUNs from different storages attaching to Linux systems.

The following example shows both HITACHI and IBM LUNs connected to same SCSI host1 and host2.
