Getting the following error in Windows Event Viewer after installing PV drivers. Is this a problem?

Activation context generation failed for "c:\program files (x86)\oracle corporation\oracle vm windows pv drivers\SetupPvDriver.exe".

Error in manifest or policy file "c:\program files (x86)\oracle corporation\oracle vm windows pv drivers\Microsoft.VC90.MFC\Microsoft.VC90.MFC.MANIFEST" on line 11.

Component identity found in manifest does not match the identity of the component requested.
