DomU Hanging on Boot After Upgrading Kernel

Symptoms
- Oracle Linux 6.6 guest (DomU) running UEK3 "3.8.13-98.XXX kernel.
- After upgrading the Kernel it was unable to boot up. The DomU is hanging on boot.
- Can see following messages on guest console, or in vmcore file collected by 'xm dump-core' from Oracle VM server.
Changes
Kernel Version was upgraded to 3.8.13-118.4.2.el6uek.x86_64 from 3.8.13-98.4.1.el6uek.x86_64.
