DomU Hanging on Boot After Upgrading Kernel (Doc ID 2138105.1)

Oracle Linux 6.6 guest (DomU) running UEK3 "3.8.13-98.XXX kernel.
After upgrading the Kernel it was unable to boot up. The DomU is hanging on boot.
Can see following messages on guest console, or in vmcore file collected by 'xm dump-core' from Oracle VM server.

Kernel Version was upgraded to 3.8.13-118.4.2.el6uek.x86_64 from 3.8.13-98.4.1.el6uek.x86_64.
