Unable to login as "Oracle" user even after changing the password (Doc ID 2142638.1)

A user is unable to log in to a local user account, such as the "Oracle" user even  after changing the password.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:




 Try to change password user "oracle" as not able to login.
