Symptoms

If you are using Oracle Linux with UEK3 kernel versions above 3.8.13-118.4.2 and below 3.8.13-118.8.1 along with ACFS then you are likely to face a issue with creating of ACFS disks and you may encounter below error:

When we tried to format ASM disks as ACFS then we get below error with UEK3 kernel version 3.8.13-118.6.1.el7uek.x86_64
