Symptoms

Several SAN LUNs are presented to Oracle VM SPARC 3.3 server.

However within Oracle VM Manager, 1 or some LUNs show up as "Generic Local Storage Array @ xxxxx  " in "SAN Server" column.

"OVMAPI_B000E Storage plugin command [storage_plugin_getInfo] failed for storage server [<San server's UUID>] failed with [com.oracle.ovm.mgr.api.exeception.FailedOperationException: OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: storage_plugin_getInfo to server: <Server host name> failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: <Server's IP address>] ...... Command: storage_plugin_getInfo, Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: <type 'exceptions.NameError'>:global name 'IPlugin' is not defined... ..."
