[PCA 2.x] After PCA Upgrade Load OVM Console Fails due to "error in opening" ear Files (Doc ID 2167966.1)

Symptoms

After successful upgrade of PCA to 2.2.1, the OVM console is no longer functioning.

Upon further investigation, the /u01/app/oracle/ovm-manager-3/machine1/base_adf_domain/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer.log shows the AdminServer is in a RUNNING State.

Upgrade of PCA to 2.2.1
