Sudo Doesn't Work If User ID Is At The End Of /etc/passwd File

Information in this document applies to any platform.
If a user ID is located at the end of the /etc/passwd file, basic sudo functionality breaks.
Workaround is move the affected users /etc/passwd entry from the bottom of the passwd file to anywhere in the top half of the passwd file.
