ZFSSA is used by Oracle VM over iSCSI.
Symptoms
- ZFSSA attached is external storage serving the iSCSI to the Oracle VM server (or PCA compute nodes)
- During path and/or head failover on the ZFSSA, VM guests running on Oracle VM fail to operate due to disk access issues.
- Depending on the OS and the configuration both on the guest OS and on the Oracle VM, VM guests could become hung, power off, or reset/reboot.
