Attempt To Restart Oracle VM Manager Service Will Kill The IAM Weblogic Instance (Doc ID 2190036.1)

Symptoms

When restarting the Oracle VM Manager service on the server running Oracle VM Manager, all WebLogic running on that server got auto killed.
