Live Migration of a virtual machine from one server to another fails or the virtual machine starts on a third server.

In /var/log/xen/xend.log, observe messages like:

[2016-10-04 16:36:16 18724] INFO (XendCheckpoint:430) [3363] xc: detail: Failed allocation for dom 15: 512 extents of order 0
[2016-10-04 16:36:16 18724] INFO (XendCheckpoint:430) [3363] xc: error: Failed to allocate memory for batch.!: Internal error


However, there is sufficient memory available on the target server.
