On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance ( PCA ), all supported releases, when attempting to reprovision a compute node through the Private Cloud Appliance pca-admin command-line tool, it appears to be failing.

When reviewing the /var/log/ovca.log on the active management node, it recorded a message similar to :
