Rebuild initramfs to Switch Linux OS Bootup from Single-Path Device to Multi-Path Device (Doc ID 2198137.1)

Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 6.0 and later
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Version N/A and later

Goal

Oracle Linux & Oracle VM Server can be installed to a multipathed disk attached to a Fibre Channel adapter.

If Oracle Linux is installed on a single path:

you can rebuild the initramfs image file to mount root and boot up from multipath devices.
