[OVM 3.4.x] Discover Dom0 failed When Yum Repository not Reachable. (Doc ID 2198147.1)

Symptoms

When setup "Server Update Groups" in VM Manager GUI, the yum repository will be setup and enabled to all the VM servers (dom0s).

For some reason, some yum repository might not be able to be reached anymore, or customized repository has been configured, at this moment, if discover new VM server into VM Manager will be failed.

The ovs-agent.log will show errors like:
