Symptoms
On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, when attempting to reprovision a compute node, it fails at the step where it is attempting to create the shared file system with an error similar to the following one reported in /var/log/ovca.log :
And the node is again marked as "dead" in the PCA dashboard.
