Oracle Linux: Access to SAMBA Share Fails When /etc/samba/smb.conf hosts Parameter Contains Client FQDN (Doc ID 2200752.1)

Symptoms

Samba shares are not working with the client FQDN mentioned in hosts deny list in the configuration file under global section.

If the IP address is mentioned instead of FQDN it is working fine. Below is the configuration

eg:

 The name resolution is working fine. Both the forward and reverse lookup resolving correctly from the Samba server.
